Why We Ride:

We ride bikes for the purest most simple reasons. We ride because it makes us happy. Why else would you ride? We don’t ride because we have to, or to get in shape or to go faster. Instead, we get in shape and go faster, cleaner, and smoother because we ride. We ride to get away from it all and “unplug”. We ride to be alone, to feel our hearts pound out of our chest and listen as our lungs try to catch up. We ride to feel the cleansing burn after topping out on our favorite trail or road ride. We ride to enjoy the camaraderie of friends. We ride for the adventure of a new trail or route. We ride because we love it. We ride because we can.

How Bike Armor Started:

I bought my first all carbon Mountain Bike in 2009. As I walked out of the shop with my latest prized possession, I couldn’t help but wonder how upset I was going to be the first time that I scratched, scuffed, or worse chipped or cracked the perfect carbon frame.
It didn’t take long, 50 feet into the first decent of my first ride I drove it straight into the ground and watched as the bike skipped down the hill in front of me. I searched my local shops for a product that would protect the frame but not add weight or ruin the aesthetics of the bike. I found nothing... After much research and several rounds of trial and error, we (Brad and Don) ended up with Bike Armor. A self adhesive product that weighs next to nothing and can hardly be seen once applied. It took us a while, but we eventually moved into production mode and began designing, cutting and applying Bike Armor for all different sizes and types of bikes. We are based in Centerville, Utah. All of our products are designed, cut and packaged by us in Centerville.
Bike Armor makes sense for both Mountain and Road Bikes and both Carbon and Aluminum Frames. Bike Armor protects your bike from all of your common trail, road, bike storage and bike transport hazards such as mud, stationary rocks, flying rocks, trees, stumps, bike racks, other bikes, WRECKS and so much more. (PS. If you read all of this, you now have no reason to not buy our product and your attention span much longer than ours)
